Job Responsibilities
* Utilize agency lead software to match with clients seeking to secure their families needs
* Review client qualifications and resources to learn how to best serve them
* Maintain knowledge on most up to date product offerings available to meet your clients needs
* Offer expert recommendations and solutions to best meet your clients needs
* Help clients plan their financial future & retirement
* Add value to our team by continuing to sharpen your skills in the financial industry with ongoing training
Position Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be willing to obtain your State Life & Health Insurance License if you do not already have one
* Must be authorized to work in the US, no work visas will be offered at this time
* Must be motivated, determined, & coachable
* Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset with desire for business autonomy

Compensation & Benefits
* Uncapped commission only + bonus position (no minimum or maximum sales quota)
* New sales professionals can earn bonuses up to $15,000 in their first 120 days
