We are seeking compassionate and skilled BIPOC Licensed Clinical Social Worker(s) to join our team.

Functions:
- Conduct patient assessments to gather relevant information about their mental wellness history, current concerns, and treatment goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
- Offer addiction counseling to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess for mental health disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated patient care
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary to address immediate mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of patient sessions and progress
-Ensure all activities and tasks comply with HIPAA regulations.
Skills:
- Strong patient assessment skills to gather relevant information for treatment planning
- Proficiency in providing behavioral therapy using various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused and Couples therapy
- Experience working with pediatric patients and implementing age-appropriate interventions
- Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and strategies for supporting individuals in recovery
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on findings
- Familiarity with hospital settings and ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques to address immediate mental health concerns
- Excellent patient care skills, including active listening, empathy, and compassion
**Qualifications:**
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A valid LCSW license with at least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (open to discussion).
- Competence in delivering remote therapy via telehealth platforms.
- A strong commitment to personal professional development in culturally attuned practices.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both oral and written.
-Bilingual in Spanish a plus
