TTC seeks a licensed masters social worker to provide remote virtual integrative therapy and treatment for individuals and couples. As a Psychotherapist at The Therapy Collective, you will:

• Work within an integrative model to provide care that facilitates optimal health and healing
• Utilize a diverse community to learn, connect, develop, and share resources in support of excellent client care and a healthy integrative community
• Maintain a simple current electronic medical record system to manage, schedule, and maintain communications related to your own caseload (approximately 21 - 25 clients)

As a Psychotherapist at The Therapy Collective, you must have:

• A license to work in the State of New York as a licensed masters social worker
• Access to appropriate remote work conditions
• Availability for 25+ hours of work per week; including two evenings a week or one weekend day
• Experience doing intakes, assessing clients’ needs, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans

• The ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions in another language that enhances access to mental health services for New York residents
• A commitment to developing and sharing resources to support an integrative practice community
• The ability to represent TTC in various formats including social media, writing, podcasts, and presentations for community-based and academic institutions

Employees are paid on a fee for service basis, $40 - $45 commensurate with experience and client caseload.
