Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide individual, couples and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as behavioral therapy and psychopharmacology
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field through ongoing clinical research
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Valid state licensure as a psychotherapist or ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
