Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer emails and live chats in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with placing orders
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers
• Process returns and refunds according to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics to achieve Customer Service goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
