The Sunlight and Triathlon businesses in the Americas are on a journey to achieve $1bn in revenues in the next few years across the Industrial Mobility and Energy Storage System sectors.
As the Triathlon Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing Triathlon’s distribution network of independent and forklift agents. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to travel inside of their territory regularly. You will be responsible for training, quoting and solution selling to the many customers inside the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Oversight:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day sales, quotations, and service of Triathlon industrial mobility products in designated territory.
- Schedule and conduct application and product trainings regularly to distributor sales teams.
- Coordinate and plan dealer visits regularly establishing relationships with the customer.
Team Leadership:
- Demonstrate leadership while working within all areas of Triathlon to make sure sales expectations are met and achieved.
- Provide training and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to support customer sales channels with reports and data.
- Oversee demo opportunities with reporting data and presentations to help win the deal.
Ethics and Responsiveness:
- Exhibit integrity and reliability in all job responsibilities, fostering a culture of honesty and trust.
- Ensure daily responsiveness by promptly addressing and providing answers to all customer request.
Customer Support:
- Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to Sunlight Battery operations.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and or at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of battery storage systems and solar energy technologies is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy industry.
