Successful candidates will have:
* At least 4 years experience cooking in a fast paced, FULL SERVICE, Fine Dining or Upscale Casual Restaurant.
* Currently live in a commutable distance from the Boston Area. Relocation and international sponsorship is not available at this time.
* Be creative & enjoy farm to table, “fresh is best“ cooking.
* Be reliable. You are the Executive Chef’s right hand. His right hand needs to be organized, possess a sense of urgency, have excellent cooking and supervisory skills and a working knowledge of ordering from vendors, controlling labor, mentoring staff and food safety.
