Operational Support Specialist
Are you an experienced licensed Administrator in Washington looking to expand into a corporate role? Benicia Senior Living is looking for an experienced Administrator with exceptional leadership abilities to join our team. This role supports the administrator, determining that all department systems are in place through training and auditing systems, eg Maintenance/Housekeeping, Life Enrichment, Food Services, Marketing and Nursing with the assistance of the Corporate Nurse. You will be supporting four communities in Washington. Must live in the Olympia, Tacoma or Centralia area.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- A current Administrator License in the State of Washington
- Experience and understanding surrounding the day-to-day operations of a senior living community
- Comfortability in tactfully coaching, training, and working with staff (as well as comfortability in receiving constructive feedback)
- Experience with all aspects of financial management in senior care
- Effective communication skills and reliability are the cornerstones of your being
- Self-directed and ability to work without direct oversight at different communities
- Travel required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
