What you will do:
Facilites the implementations of Corporate EH&S initiatives in assigned region
Conducts job site inspections identifies safety program gaps and helps develop corrective actions.
Conducts fleet inspections, ensures maintenance schedules are followed, and conducts branch safety inspections.
Assists with new hire onboarding, serves as a safety mentor, and conducts root cause analysis as required.
Organizes weekly Branch Safety Coordinator calls, provides feedback to management, and supports safety program improvement efforts
What you will bring:
Proficient skill with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Professional written and verbal communication skills: Comfortable speaking in front of a group, delivering training, and coaching team members.
General knowledge of warehouse and delivery operations
General knowledge of Fleet and OSHA regulations
2+ years' experience in an operations role, preferably with safety responsibilities
Organized and detail oriented.
