Regional Account Manager

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business within the assigned region
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful construction project delivery
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Utilize ZoHo CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new leads

```Experience```
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles within the multifamily industry.
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex construction applications.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others and drive results
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
