The Regional Manager supervises and develops a team of Site Managers within a geographic region who are accountable for ensuring smooth and consistent car wash operations, with the objective of minimizing wash downtime and maintaining consistency in both product quality and revenue stream.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
Directly supervises Site Managers at multiple locations and ensures that site performance meets company standards. Coaches and mentors leaders to ensure consistency in approach across sites and that leadership style is in alignment with Breeze Thru values as described in the quality policy. Supports Site Managers in the resolution of escalated employee and customer issues.
Performs supervisory responsibilities such as hiring of site managers, approving leave, and managing performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
Monitors and approves employment transactions such as promotions or site-to-site transfers.
Provides leadership by designing an optimal work environment, mentoring and engaging employees, and identifying ways to improve overall organizational performance.
Cultivates the talent pipeline for management positions by identifying promising candidates and developing them appropriately. Supports all employees by identifying continuing education needs.
Accountable for effective and appropriate selection of assistant managers at the site level. Provides feedback on performance management and discipline of assistant site managers.
Train and onboard New Site Managers.
Attends Executive meetings upon request, facilitates manager development meetings. Facilitates regular site manager meetings within their region and regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
Site Operations
Accountable for smooth operations of all sites under their purview.
Performs site assessments, identifies opportunities for improvement, and recommends solutions to remediate deficiencies.
Reviews escalated damage claim reports and approves or denies, per the policy manual.
Resolves customer service issues that have been escalated from Site Managers.
Utilizes integrity coaching model in connection with ProScan for the development and coaching of staff.
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of ICS (point of sale software), No Pileups (safety system). Responsible for the timely review of No Pileup reports. Effective use of these tools to ensure the success of Breeze Thru operations and reduction of downtime.
Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their locations and takes corrective action where necessary.
Maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to travel from site to site within the region throughout the day.
Responsible for the execution of the operations process of the QMS.
