In this role, you will be working with Recruiters and HR teams, and your primary responsibilities will include managing our ATS system, creating requisitions, follow up with prospective candidates, and creatively reaching out to passive candidates, and more. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail, friendly and engaging on the phone, strong research and analytical skills and the ability to grasp the Home Services terminology.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create, post, and manage new requisitions in our ICIMS ATS system
- Create and manage offer letters to prospective candidates
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a good interview and onboarding experience
- Help manage all company hiring and recruiting events
- Partner with hiring managers and operations as needed
- Partner with HR, collect paperwork, and set the candidates up for a good day one experience
- Work with the team to evaluate new sourcing tools and provide feedback on efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with special projects, as requests
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1-3 years supporting a recruiting function
- Administrative experience working with a 500+ person company
- Previous Human Resources experience a plus
- Proficient with ATS systems, the major Job Boards and Linked In
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Personable, motivated, strong work ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a high paced, collaborative environment
- Goal oriented and driven
- Experience in the Home Service Repair and Installation Industry a plus.
