The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday-Saturday, from 6:00am AZ - 5:00pm AZ.
This is a full-time contract opportunity. The contract is set for 6-9 months but it has the potential to be a long-term opportunity.

A Field Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in the onboarding process by assisting in the coordination and completion of all onboarding documents for new hires across the organization. The job description for a Field Recruiting Coordinator typically includes the following responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach to new hires, welcoming them to our organization and presenting them with all new hire items
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation, such as offer letters and other employment-related materials
- Work closely with hiring managers to provide them with regular updates about their new hires
- Collaborate with other departments as needed (i.e. Human Resources, Wellness, etc.)
- Ensure that all required paperwork and documentation are completed in a timely manner
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with recruiting practices
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to recruitment
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of recruiting practices
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Workday experience preferred
- Other duties as assigned
