Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in East Aurora, NY.
Here's what you'd do:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and track expenses in Talent Acquisition. Prepare and submit Requests for Payment (RFP) forms. Create Purchase Orders for Talent Acquisition vendors and meet with our buyers weekly.
Make credit card payments and reconcile the charges appropriately, as needed. Follow up with the Accounts Receivable department for payment discrepancies. Tracked and assisted in the management of the Employee Referral Challenge program. Manage and respond to Glassdoor and Indeed reviews. Add relevant social media content to our Glassdoor Company Page and keep company information current. Lead the Career Fair Materials Project.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 /hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).
Length: Temporary (6 Months).

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking System.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships with managers and other HR staff and represent clients positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to work independently, making proactive and autonomous decisions to keep processes moving effectively.
- Execute tasks from the TA Leadership Team with minimal guidance.
- Enjoy working in a high-volume, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Some background in finance, submitting RFPs, and reconciling charges.
