Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume workload efficiently
- Handle inbound calls from both current and former Verizon customers
- Collaborate with external collection agencies as necessary
- Facilitate payment collection, negotiate settlements, and liaise with collection agencies
- Review credit disputes for discrepancies and validity
- Achieve monthly production and quality targets established
- Maintain accurate and concise documentation of all account-related activities in client systems
- Perform an additonal tasks assigned
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both, oral and written
- Ability to effectively multi-task
