Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and recreational activities
- Lift and transfer adults as needed, following proper techniques and safety protocols
- Administer first aid and provide medication reminders according to established guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Document observations and report any changes in behavior or health status
Experience:
- Previous experience working with elderly adults, especially those with special needs or autism, is preferred
- Familiarity with client rights and the ability to advocate for them
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and medication reminders
- Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals when necessary
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to follow established systems and protocols for care provision

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
