Resolution Specialist

This position requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience, Intermediate Computer Skills. experience with investigating, data analysis, quality control, problem solving and analytical skills, effective communication skills (both oral and written), and must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and exhibit a high degree of flexibility. 

 
 
Primary responsibilities include:  

 

• Perform score-affecting activities such as performing manual score calculations 

• Interpreting irregularity reports 

• Applying/removing score holds 

• Resolving edit errors 

• Hand scoring 

• Perform other tasks critical to production workflow such as test material reconciliation, test taker record maintenance, billing account updates, and responding to cases from customer inquiries

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
