Responsibilities for Receptionist / Office Assistant
- You will never be bored in this position
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Engage with clients and medical facilities regularly
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions they may have
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Assist our accounting, document delivery, and order processing departments
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a postage machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Assist with outgoing company USPS mail and UPS shipments
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Assist the President of the company as needed for varied tasks
- Assist company departments to support the team by performing tasks as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
