Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Law Offices of Ronald J. Shook is seeking a bilingual individual for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at our office in Gastonia, NC. Attorney Shook practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Firearms Rights.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Higher
• Experience: No Prior Legal Experience is Required

• Bilingual - Spanish/English
• Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment
• Reliable
• Strong customer service, writing, and communication skills
