Receptionist/Office Assistant

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Fluent in Armenian or Spanish

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday [8:00 am - 2:00 pm] OR [2:00 pm - 8:00 pm] (must be available for one of the two options)
• Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (every other week)

Job Description:

• Work closely with the clinical team to coordinate the staffing and scheduling of ABA services across a large number of clients and staff
• Use of scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
• Process new client paperwork
• Manage cancellations as they occur and arrange for substitute coverage and/or make-up sessions
• Communicate scheduling and staffing information with clients and staff
• Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer support.
• Conducting either daily opening or closing procedures
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail.
• Ability to work for extended hours sitting.
• Outstanding customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
