Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
-Knowledgable in the use of Online Quickbooks for billing and invoicing.
- Answer limited phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Coordinate project-based work, including organizing documents and data entry
- Manage calendars and help schedule appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems (computer literate) and procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
