Our busy office is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Assistant to assist our staff with incoming calls and to maintain an organized office environment. The ideal candidate for this position is a fast learner with strong organizational (and social media) skills who can respond quickly to changing priorities. We're looking for a professional assistant who can handle the day-to-day operations of our business including customer service, basic data entry and tracking, and administration of benefits. This position will be primarily Friday - Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls. Assist customers with reservation needs, forward calls and messages as needed, prepare filing and organize documents as needed and assist with special projects as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
