Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant for our office in South Tucson. T & T Cleaning & Restoration is one of the largest cleaning and restoration companies in Tucson, having served the area for over 22 years!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones
• Taking Messages & Forwarding Calls
• Scheduling Cleaning Services
• Data Entry
• Customer Service
• Filing
• Assisting Office Staff

Job Requirements:

• No Experience Required But Preferred
• Great Phone Voice
• 5 Star Customer Service Skills
• Fast Learner & Self Starter

We have an immediate opening for the right individual. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday.
