Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers (limited)
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with office duties as needed
- Utilize computerized systems and software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks Online
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical duties
