Job Description and requirements:
-Answer incoming calls and direct to the proper person or assist the caller. Take detailed phone messages
-Welcome anyone who enters the office and assist them to where they need to go
-Send and receive emails
-Assist the administration/management team
-Print employee documents
-Receive shipments and put them away in the storage room
-Help with inventory of supplies and uniforms
-Keep up with sweeping and sanitizing office as needed
-Exhibits good listening, verbal and written skills-Detail oriented-
-Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
-Willingness to learn and achieve proficiency
-Self directed with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Additional tasks that are needed during the day may apply
