-Job Overview-
We are seeking a reliable and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, the ability to multitask effectively, and a willingness to learn various aspects of our business, as well as help out where needed.
-Responsibilities-
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer inbound calls, collect contact information from lead sources, and route calls as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the common areas of the office.
- Perform data entry tasks to update client information and maintain records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
-Travel to the post office, client locations, and run other errands as needed.
- Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory management.
-Manage social media accounts for the company, including gathering approval for new content and responding to comments/messages on various platforms.
- Provide support to other team members as required, including scheduling for select members of management.
-Qualifications-
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred but not required.
-Passing of SLED background check (including arrest record) and DMV 10 Year Driving History Verification.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Google Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
-Ability to type at least 85 WPM on a computer keyboard.
Please note that the job responsibilities and requirements are not an exhaustive list. We are willing to train the right candidate. The hours required for this position are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a one hour unpaid lunch. Please no calls about this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
