As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every client receives a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our door til the moment they leave.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic POS skills
- Enthusiastic and positive personality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using our salon software
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide with complimentary drinks

Expected hours: 30 per week
