Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computerized scheduling systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Help with company social media engagement
