We are seeking a BILINGUAL (spanish speaking)Chiropractic Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the office/team running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full time position working ~35 hours per week.
We need an enthusiastic, motivated, organized, responsible, happy, caring team member that is looking to work with a small team to create a great environment for our awesome patients. You must be a team player that gives 110% and is willing to learn and take advice and create great working relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support chiropractic team
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Help with P.T/Exercises
- Marketing-Internal
- Scheduling and managing follow through patient treatment plans
- communicating via email, text and phone with new and existing patients
- Personal injury cases-attorneys, at-fault insurance companies, billing, follow up
- Collections
- Electronic Health Record system training, input, daily reporting
- Chiropractic Assistant (Certification may be offered)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare is ideal but not mandatory
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing
- Health oriented
- Considers preventative health solutions
- Be able to work evening hours (until 6:30-7 P.M Mon-Thurs)
