SalaryLooking for a talented legal support staff for our Mebane location. Job duties include requesting payoff quotes and statements of dues for homeowners associations, monitoring and sorting general information inbox emails, data entry, information gathering, obtaining funding authorization in a timely manner, following up with clients as necessary to resolve Post Closing issues, mailing disbursements following closing, supporting lead attorney in preparation of legal documents, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with team members, accurately and efficiently close out transactions on a short turn around schedule, be able to multi-task, and work with minimal supervision. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word are a requirement. Experience working in a real estate law office and ability to use a multi line phone system is a plus.
