Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial record-keeping to ensure the seamless operation of our property management services.
- Receptionist Duties/ Office Assistant: Welcome residents and guests, handle incoming calls and inquiries, and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere in our office lobby. Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and assisting with special projects as needed. Monitor and respond to emails in the general company inbox, forwarding messages to the appropriate departments or individuals as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records and manage office tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in property management or related field is advantageous.
