Receptionist / Sales assistant – Job Description
Description/summary of the role:
Our Receptionist/Sales assistant plays a very important role on the image we project as a Company, is also responsible for the experience of our clients during a phone call or while visiting our office. Every single phone call we receive at our company must be addressed with an outstanding customer service. This position will work closely with sales and operations teams, helping with clerical tasks and follow up activities.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Sales Assistant at Castilla Roofing:
- Answering a multi-line phone system.
- Makes periodical phone calls to our customers to keep them informed about the progress of their jobs.
- Managing company’s email address, responding, and following up with clients who contact us through email.
- Closely works with Sales and Operations Teams.
- Process payments from clients.
- Responsible to process contracts and paperwork.
- Process material and office supplies orders.
Qualifications of the Receptionist/Sales Assistant at Castilla Roofing:
- Outstanding customer service (required)
- Phone and in-person etiquette
- High School diploma
- Superior education (desired)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Attention to detail and follow up to multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Result-oriented style of work (with minimal supervision)
- Efficient time management
- Experience with JobNimbus and Eagleview software is a plus
