Compensation / Benefits
- $25.75 - $41.42/hr based on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $2.50/hr.
- Weekend differential $3.00/hr.

Our 12 chair Outpatient Infusion Center offers patients and their families a specialized care environment to meet their unique safety, physical and emotional wellbeing needs. Our highly skilled infusion team provides a wide range of antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy, hydration, blood transfusions, and other supportive care for both peripheral and central lines. Responsibilities: RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data, establishing goals, planning care strategy,
- establishing priorities of care, implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care,
- evaluating responses to interventions, and performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
- OIC RN is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Outpatient Infusion center as well as providing direct patient care for outpatients.
- Must maintain strong organizational and multitasking skills to be able to provide care for outpatients from admission to discharge.
Education
- Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Must take and pass infusion society exam with in the first 6 months of employment
Experience
- Previous experience in acute care setting including IV insertion and infusion required.
- Previous infusion clinic experience preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure / Certification
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
- Completes infusion therapy certification within 6 months of hire.
Other Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- IV insertion skills required.
