Overview of Trilogy Chiropractic:
We are a new, state-of-the-art, family-based wellness practice in the incredible Lakewood Ranch and East Bradenton community! The word ‘Trilogy’ means the union of 3 things. The 3 things that we bring together at Trilogy Chiropractic are Gonstead chiropractic care, Animal Chiropractic care, and the Pursuit of Wellbeing. We help both people and animals achieve optimal health & healing through specific chiropractic care. We are looking for individuals who are optimistic, friendly, have clear communication skills, and enjoy connecting with others to be a part of our dynamic team!
All necessary training will be provided on the job. No experience in the medical field is required. Experience in marketing and customer service is a plus.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant (CA) who is self-motivated and has a compassionate heart to help People & Animals.
The right candidate will support the team with patient intakes, patient consultations, coordination of marketing events, and collaboration with community outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality performance on a consistent basis.

What you’ll own along with fellow CAs:
- New patient intake process
- Patient consultations
- Patient education
- Reception duties
- Billing
- Attending/organizing internal & external marketing events
- Community outreach initiatives
- Incoming and outbound phone calls
- Control & oversee patient flow
- Create engaging content for social media
Pay, Hours, and Requirements:
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $23.50
This is an hourly position with bonuses and advancement. Must be flexible with hours – hours will vary with included evening hours. Full-time applicants will work for a total of 32-40 hours weekly. Part-time applicants are also welcome to apply. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Beneficial qualities:
- No previous medical experience is required, we will provide training
- Strong communication capabilities, including the ability to deescalate high intensity situations
- Strong process-orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly create solutions in high pressure situations
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Marketing & Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience with working with and/or handling animals is a plus
- Social media proficiency
