Communications company located in the Wayne, NJ area is seeking an Fulfillment/Administrative Support Representative to fill a temporary opportunity working in a fast paced Fulfillment/Production Center environment.
Fulfillment/Administrative Support Representative's primary functions include coordinating the distribution of all work between the warehouse and office. The role of the Administrative Support Rep is to ensure all the operational and administrative duties are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
The following is a list of primary functions for the Administrative Support Rep:
- Communicate priorities to Fulfillment Center, production, and data departments.
- Ensure all materials are corresponding to job ticket requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy of the instructions on job tickets.
- Coordinating workflow with team members of other departments. Duties include processing and requisitioning materials and ensuring jobs are processed and completed within company SLAs.
- Ensure all department tasks are conducted in a proper manner and operating within designated safety standards.
- Must follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Confirming tickets have been received by production floor(requires walking/standing on production floor)
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong Computer skills, using MS Office
- At least one to three years of experience with high attention to detail in a fulfillment center
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Office experience (typing, filing, answer phones)
- Position requires walking/standing on production floor
The target hourly rate is $20-22 .
The hours of this temporary position will be Monday – Friday working either 8am - 4pm OR 10am -6pm with overtime required as needed.
