```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects as assigned
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with law office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
