Oconee County's premier veterinary and animal care facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our administration team. We are a full-service, fast-paced, growth-oriented general practice for companion and exotic animals. The goal of this position is to provide our clients with superior service. As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Initiate, receive, and respond to internal and external communications via email, phone, messaging apps, and face-to-face
- Manage customer requests
- Schedule Appointments
- Manage and update client accounts
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support other departments
Position Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, approachable manner and very upbeat personality
- At least some experience in a customer service position
- At least some experience with computer
- Must be able to comprehend, speak, read and write English
