- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education o
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
