```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Conduct proofreading and editing tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
