- Answer customer phone calls and make outgoing customer calls
- Create work orders in BMS
- Print and map work orders
- Assist in update customer information, add equipment to BMS, files and map card
- Assist in create, update, print, and map work orders as well as prepare daily work folders
- File customer documents in hard copy files
- Mail merge letters and labels for customer correspondence
- Assist in organizing daily folders for service technicians
- Email/Call customers to follow up on outstanding agreements
