Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and documents
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various office tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support in person, over the phone, and via email
This position requires computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
