The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs them to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff.
- Greet walk-in customers.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Performs other duties as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Previous phone experience.
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines.
- Proficient with Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
