Midlothian Country Club is a full service private Club with an 18 hole golf course, dining rooms, banquet rooms, patio dining, indoor and outdoor bars, pool. Position Summary: This position is one within a team of staff which provides accurate and detailed information efficiently for members and their guests concerning all aspects of club amenities and events. The first priority is member and guest happiness through customer service. This position requires you to have a great phone and computer presence to assist members and guests of the Club. You will work alongside various different staff members so being a team player is a must!
Private Club/high end restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with online dining and event reservations.
- Greet members and guest in a welcoming manner.
- Updating & printing menus online for our food and beverage team.
- Adding reservations and menus to the Club website.
- Answering phone calls, returning voicemails and emails.
- Knowledgeable on Club events, menu items, hours, directions to the Club.
- Comfortable working on the computer, phone and website.
- Friendly and customer service oriented.
- Professional dress attire and demeanor.
- Proficient in high level writing and speaking.
- Evening, weekend and holidays would be required.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
