Responsibilities
- Responsible for the running of the Front Desk by hiring and training personnel that assist at the desk
- Anticipate and handle patient requests and satisfy their needs to create a welcome environment
- Provide top quality customer service
- Work to ensure that the schedule is booked according to office goals
- Verify insurance eligibility and bill insurances
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
- Be the start of a good experience for our patients in the office on phone and in person
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Work well and communicate well with patients and coworkers.
- Work ethic to continue to meet and surpass office goals
