SalaryWe are looking for a receptionist for out front office for the weekends only. Shift will be 8a-4p Saturday and Sunday
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Answer phone, transfer calls, take messages
- Operates fax machine, copier, ect.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Helps to keep stock of office supplies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
Work Location: In person
