Receptionist

Adrenaline Driven Adventures is Western Colorado's fastest-growing off-road rental and tour company! We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. We seek a motivated individual who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new skills.

We expect the very best from our employees as far as customer service is concerned. Previous office experience is required as well as familiarity with UTVs/ATVs & Dirt Bikes, although this is not a requirement.

We are looking for one receptionist to join our strong team. We are located on 750 1/4 Horizon Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Hours: Opening and Closing Shifts

Pay: $14-$18/hour based on experience + commission

Duties:

Answer and screen phone calls

Inform customers of all varieties of adventure.

Podium phone, text & web conversations

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Respond to daily emails

Weekly file organization

Take reservations

Handle payments and damage holds

Submit issues in Arrival

Complete daily fleet & gear inspections

Check out/in machines to customers

Machine prep

Machine test drives

Clean helmets and goggles

Essential machine maintenance knowledge (belts, tires, air filters)

Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Organize fleet display/lineup

Event organization

Public Land requirements and permits

Requirements:

Driver’s License

Reliable form of transportation

Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Qualifications

Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist

Knowledge of spreadsheets and word-processing documents

Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner

Time management and organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.50 - $18.00/hour.
