Join Ryan Immigration Group as our receptionist! Our receptionist needs to be outgoing, detail oriented, and professional with exceptional Spanish and English. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment while greeting clients on the phone and in person, gathering client documentation and information, scheduling, processing and preparing mail, maintaining files, keeping the office well stocked and welcoming, creating and improving internal procedures, improving client experiences, running errands and, most of all, doing right by our clients, colleagues, and community.

M-Th 7:30-5, Fridays 8-12. Those who know Nuance, Canva, Clio or Docketwise preferred.
