Receptionist

Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be primarily responsible for routing customer calls: dispatch, assist, and provide direction and information to customers, vendors, prospective candidates, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with Google Suite a plus.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm OR 8am-5pm

Location:

• The receptionist position requires in-office presence for working hours. Our office is located at 2695 W 3rd Ave. Denver, CO 80219

Pay Range:

• $20$22/ hour

We're here to assist you with testing and installation of new fire sprinkler and alarm systems to keep your building up to code and in compliance with all NFPA and local AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) fire safety regulations. We serve warehouses, office buildings, schools, hospitals, and sports arenas. You can count on Integrity Fire Safety Services to provide the quality and results you need, when you need them.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
