Job Description:
As a Receptionist at Elevation Academy, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the values of our company. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information about our programs and services, and assisting visitors with their needs.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
Facility Management: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Coordinate with facilities management to ensure the office is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, workshops, and seminars. Provide logistical support and assist attendees during events.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and seamless communication within the organization.
