Receptionist

Grants Pass Automotive is seeking an individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our Team as a Service Receptionist!  Grants Pass Automotive is a different type of dealership.  We strive to make every customer a customer for life and happy employees make happy customers.  Every employee at Grants Pass Automotive is critical to the overall success of the dealership. 

The Service Receptionist is responsible for fielding all incoming calls to the dealership, and is the critical first point of contact for both customers and vendors.  They will be routing calls, setting inbound appointments and maximizing customer satisfaction.  A genuine desire to offer the best customer service is a necessity for this position!

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.
